Missed Appointments Policy

48 Hours’ Notice: You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Reminders are a Courtesy: Text/email reminders are a courtesy only. It is the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment, even if a text is not received.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 8 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be counted as a missed appointment.
NHS Patients: Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) count as missed appointments. Two or more late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the immediate loss of your NHS registration at this practice.
Private Patients: Late cancellations or failing to attend will result in a fee charged to your account.
