Perry Vale Dental Practice Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to the dental surgery so we can cancel or reschedule your appointment and offer it to another patient.
We reserve the right to terminate your treatment if you fail to attend (FTA) an appointment without sufficient notice. You may be asked to pay again for a new course of treatment.
Please bear in mind this is practice policy and we have the right to remove you from our database if you fail to attend an appointment without notification.
We will send you a courtesy reminder message and kindly ask that you reply to confirm whether you are attending.
