BAND I £16.50
This includes Initial consultations, Examination (Check-up) X-Rays and Simple Clean (Scale and Polish). Emergency Treatment to remove patient out of pain including Dry Socket (pain after extraction caused by infected socket left by extracted tooth) and Prescriptions
BAND II £45.60
This includes all the items in BAND I plus Fillings, Extractions, Root Canal Treatment.
BAND III £198.00
This includes all the items in BAND I and BAND II plus all work that involve laboratory work; Crowns, Dentures, Bridges
Please note that all NHS treatment is charged within these 3 Bands.
NHS 60 DIAMOND STAFF AWARDS
Dr Chris Vondee was awarded The Lewisham Primary Care Trust Diamond Staff Award For Innovation in Dentistry 2008 held on the 24th September 2008.
This was in recognition for Perry Vale Dental's continouos endeavour to provide NHS dentistry to all by providing a fun environment for children during Kids Days, reducing anxiety and thereby encouraging children to visit the dentist.
Kids Day is held on the Thursday during every half term holiday

He has held ‘open practice’ days with face painting and balloons to encourage children to attend for examinations and get used to a dental practice.
